2. Event Tickets and Tournament Entries
Tickets and entry fees purchased for events or tournaments hosted by All Mana of Games Ltd are subject to the refund terms outlined below.
By purchasing a ticket or tournament entry, you agree to this Refund Policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a full refund for event tickets or tournament entries up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the event.
Refund requests made within 7 calendar days of the event are normally non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
5. Event Cancellation or Changes
If All Mana of Games Ltd cancels an event, customers will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, where applicable.
If an event is significantly changed (for example, a major format change or rescheduling), we will notify ticket holders and provide appropriate options.
6. Ticket Transfers
Where possible, tickets or tournament entries may be transferred to another participant. Please contact us in advance if you wish to transfer your place to another player.
All Mana of Games Ltd reserves the right to refuse transfers where necessary for event administration or safety reasons.
7. Non-Attendance
If a participant does not attend an event and the cancellation occurs within 7 calendar days of the event, the ticket or entry fee will normally be non-refundable.
8. Disqualification or Removal from an Event
Participants who are disqualified, removed, or asked to leave an event due to rule violations, cheating, disruptive behaviour, harassment, or breach of event rules or community guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.
All Mana of Games Ltd reserves the right to remove participants where necessary to ensure a safe and fair event environment.
